- Retainage (typically 10%) is held until final draw and CO issuance.
- Change orders must be submitted in writing and approved by the lender before work begins.
- Draw requests must include: AIA G702/G703 payment application, lien waivers from GC and all subcontractors, inspection report, and photos.
- Funds are typically disbursed within 3–5 business days of approved inspection.
